Service Description

In this consultation I will focus on the key areas the mortgage lenders reviews to determine approval. I will be applying tools, resources and strategies my husband and I learned and used to purchase our first home in 30 days. The timeframe is different for each client and depends on where you currently are in your finances, credit and debt. If you are not there today no problem my goal is to get you ready and prepared. I will ask you to bring key items and detailed information to customize a personalized plan to prepare you for homeownership. After the consultation I will send you strategies to use based on the information you provide me to increase your credit score, income and reduce debt. If you apply these strategies and be consistent you will be ready to apply and get approved to purchase your first home.
